The problem
Projects run on email threads, and clients never quite know where things stand.
We set ourselves a brief: a small architecture and interiors studio with a handful of projects at a time. Drawings go back and forth by email, versions get mixed up, approvals hide in long threads, and invoices live somewhere else.
Clients keep asking "where are we?", and the studio has no single view of which projects are waiting for a client and which are waiting for them.
The idea and approach
One place for each client, one overview for the studio.
Taloviira is an invented name, inspired by the sound of Finnish words. The identity is precise and warm: a tiny floor-plan mark, chalk and graphite with a terracotta accent, and a geometric typeface.
Each client signs in to see their project's stage, the next meeting, drawings waiting for approval, documents and invoices. Comments are pinned to the drawing itself, every version is kept, and approving takes one button. The studio sees every project on one dashboard: who is waiting for whom, hours and outstanding invoices.
