The problem
The phone rings with the same ten questions, all day.
We set ourselves a brief: a busy independent car service garage. In tyre season, the phone rings constantly: how much is a tyre change, are you open on Saturday, do you store tyres, is there a time this week?
Every call takes a mechanic or the service advisor away from the cars, and customers who can't get through in the evening simply book somewhere else.
The idea and approach
Answer the common questions well, book in a few taps, and know when to hand over.
Rattivelo is an invented name. The identity is friendly and technical: a wheel that is also a speech bubble, petrol blue with an amber hub, and a rounded geometric typeface.
The assistant answers only from the garage's own approved information: services, prices, opening hours and policies. Booking is a guided flow of taps, not a free-form conversation. When a question is outside what it knows, it says so and offers a person, instead of guessing.
