Getting started

What happens next

  1. Tell us about your site

    Choose a plan and send the short form. You'll get a confirmation straight away.

  2. We check and confirm

    Within 48 hours we confirm your plan. If your site was built elsewhere, we check it first, free of charge.

  3. Agree and pay

    You accept a short written agreement, then pay the year upfront or the first month. Payment term 14 days.

  4. We take over

    We set up monitoring and backups, do a first check, and send your first monthly report.

Good to know

  • How do I cancel?

    Email hello@zanarix.com or reply to any of our emails, and we'll confirm in writing. The cancellation applies from your next billing period: a monthly plan keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for, a yearly plan until the end of the paid year. Periods already paid aren't refunded.

  • What happens when my yearly plan ends?

    We remind you before it ends. It continues for another year only if you choose to renew.

  • Can I switch plans?

    Yes. Your new plan starts from your next billing period, so the period you've already paid stays as it is.

  • Do unused hours carry over?

    No. Included hours reset every month. Extra work is always quoted before we start.
