The problem
A good idea, two founders, and no team yet.
We set ourselves a brief: two founders want to fix how small home-care companies plan their day. Visits are scheduled in spreadsheets and phone calls, care workers lose time between homes, and families rarely know how a visit went.
They need a first version in front of real care teams, but they can't hire a full team before they know what works. They need someone to plan it, build it, and bring in the right people at the right time.
The idea and approach
Start small, learn early, add people only when needed.
Vierailo is an invented name, inspired by the sound of Finnish words. The first version does one job: today's visits, for the coordinator and for the care worker.
We would run it in phases with a decision point after each: two weeks of discovery, a scope and budget agreed in writing, a tested prototype, four two-week sprints with a demo after each, and a pilot with one real care team. Zanarix's founders lead the project and stay accountable for it. Design, development and testing are done by independent specialists from our network, who join only for the phases that need them.
